Mr. James Westacott is an innovative business consultant with extensive experience managing, designing and implementing management solutions for large and complex projects. He has well developed facilitation and presentation skills and has varied cross-industry experience covering facilities management, financial services, heavy engineering, utilities, construction, oil and gas, retail, and transportation.

With experience gained in Australia, United Kingdom and Dubai, Mr. Westacott has worked on a number of significant projects including the Sydney’s Cross City Tunnel, Edinburgh Tram Network in Scotland and most recently the Portfolio Management Services Contract for the Victorian School Building Authority.

Mr. Westacott’ specialist skills include business process reengineering, business process improvement, business analysis, implementation planning and full life cycle project management including the management of project teams and change management.
